Relational Ministry  Training Workshops
Two day conferences which provide further personal enrichment and training in intimacy principles and strategy for local ministries.
The goal of these conferences:
To Teach Leaders to Effectively Facilitate Relational Ministry Small Groups and Mentor Others Into Leadership
Through each experience, participants will:
- Be motivated by the opportunities and challenges of leading relational ministry small groups for marriages, or for families, for care-giving or for single adults
- Experience specific biblical truth associated with selected chapters of either Intimate Encounters, Parenting with Intimacy, Discovering Intimacy: Relating to God and Others as Single Adults, or Relational First Aid
- Gain insights concerning responding to common small group challenges through meeting needs and responding to emotions
- Be additionally equipped concerning how to resolve the pain of the past - a key component for freedom to “leave” the past
- Be exposed to several approaches to on-going relational ministry using one of the resources listed above and receive additional tools and ideas to support this ministry
- Receive tips concerning the use and value of supplementary leader resources: DVD, Teaching Curriculum, and creative ideas from other leaders

Workshops are offered on a Friday & Saturday - with each day beginning at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m.
