All Sales final - no refunds or exchanges on resources unless the shipment is damaged or defective and we are notified within 30 days of purchase. ILM will exchange the damaged or defective item(s) and re-ship at no charge.
Registration fees for training events, conferences and/or workshops are non-refundable but can be transferred with written notice prior to event.
