Terms and Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you and the Great Commandment Network ("Licensor"). By downloading electronic files or using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. You must agree to these terms to continue with this purchase.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, church or other organization ("Organization"), the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to the Organization as well as to you as a representative of the Organization. Should you cease working for or volunteering for this Organization, the Organization may continue to operate under this agreement.

Grant of Restricted-use License

Licensor grants to you and your Organization, if you are licensing on behalf of your Organization, a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable right to print this resource obtained from Licensor and any Licensor's image, logo, font, clip art, and text obtained hereunder on your personal computer.

This resource may be used on a worldwide and perpetual basis as a part of NON-COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS only.

Under the terms of this license, this GCN resource MAY NOT be used or conveyed through any of the following purposes: (i) ADVERTISING and PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS (including packaging); (ii) ONLINE or other ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (including in web design); (iii); or OTHER PUBLICATIONS (electronic or print); nor (v) ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSE whatsoever. You may not utilize this GCN resource in any manner that is not expressly permitted in this license agreement. All rights not specifically granted above are retained by Licensor.

Except as provided herein, the GCN resource may not be sublicensed, resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution. If you are licensing this GCN resource on behalf of an Organization: 1) the GCN resource may be shared with up to three (3) members of your Organization; and 2) you may create a network of servers, either with or without a central location, which enables up to three (3) members of your Organization to share the GCN resource.

You may not include the GCN in any electronic template or application, including those that are web-based, where the purpose is to allow multiple individuals to access an electronic or printed product.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of Licensor, such action is necessary or desirable.
