Palma has over twenty–five years of experience in ministry. The majority of those years are spent in youth ministry, leadership development, and equipping emerging leaders. Her preaching and teaching ministry have taken her to camps, retreats, school assemblies, conferences, and conventions where she has ministered to many thousands of students, young adults, leaders, and other adults.  

Most recently Palma served the Church of God of Prophecy as International Youth Ministries Director.  She has traveled to many nations of the world bringing the good news of the gospel to people of different languages, races, cultures, ethnicities, and traditions. She has organized and led mission teams to countries in Africa, Eastern Europe, North America, and South America. She has planned and conducted youth conferences, youth workers training conferences, international youth camps, and other activities in the United States and abroad.

Palma has written articles and lessons for various publications and is a noted contributor/writer of the IMPACT Student Leaders Bible and the IMPACT Student Devotional published by Thomas Nelson Publishers. She has collaborated and partnered with many parachurch organizations such as Group Publishing, Intimate Life Ministries, Great Commandment Network, Student Leaders University, Christian Endeavor, Christian Camping International, Next Gen Initiative, and currently serves on Empowered 21 Discipleship Commission. She also serves on the Board of Reference for Oral Roberts University.

Currently, Palma serves the Body of Christ as a Youth Ministry Consultant and equipper of next–generation disciples, speaker, and teacher. Her friendly spirit, evident love for God, and passion for people make her a highly sought–after speaker, teacher, mentor, and equipper.
