Dr. B. Randall Parris, D. Min, currently serves as the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) International Youth and Discipleship Coordinator of Global Youth Leadership. He served as a local church youth pastor and for many years around the USA as a state director of youth and discipleship. He also teaches for Lee University and the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministry. Randall loves training emerging leaders, equipping youth pastors, and developing effective Christian education and discipleship leaders. He is very involved in building youth ministry and discipleship on the African Continent. He has trained leaders from 30+ African nations in the last four years. He and his wife are engaged with the Great Commandment Network and Intimate Life Ministries leadership development using the Impact Bible with leaders, young adults, and students. Randall and his wife Rhonda have two amazing young adult children, Clay and Alysse, and a new daughter-in-law, Stacy, who remind them daily of the priority of family, discipleship, and healthy relationships!
